Poor customer service
One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. The next day when I visited the reception to make sure the reservation was extended, the lady mentioned I needed to do the check out and check-in again (go twice to the reception). They wouldn't even respect the price informed by hotels.com even when I showed the receipt. They charged an extra 20% to the rate informed by hotels.com. The hotel is surrounded in a beautiful forest but I ended up wasting 5-6 hours just dealing with the reception people...

Cozy stay
Our friends were getting married at a hotel nearby and we decided to stay here as a budget-friendly option and were more than pleasantly surprised by the cabin. It was not only cozy, but extremely clean, had all the kitchen tools we needed, was stocked with wood and easy to get around the Huilo Huilo reserve from. I would 100% return!

eco friendly
It was a really nice place, in the middle of nature, spacious and beautiful place. However, needs better maintanance, there's no wifi, also the appliances were half broken. Besides that a real nice get away.

Amazing experience!!
If you want to have a really different experience this is the place! These cabins are part of the Biological Reserve And they connect with the 3 hotels in the resort. The cabins are very comfortable and have everything you need to cook and feel at home. There is a housekeeper that cleans every day which is a huge plus! Included with the price of the cabins, you receive a paper wristband that lets you in for free to most of the waterfalls, trails, and activities in the reserva biológica. That alone saves you a lot of money! The place itself is unbelievable! You are surrounded by nature and you can walk to the most original and beautiful hotels that I’ve ever seen (we travel all over the world) that are part of the resort and have wonderful dinners and fresh juices. All the staff are so helpful and friendly! Since the cabins are part of the hotels, you can enjoy the wonderful restaurant from the hotel too! The cabins have wifi, but the connection is not very reliable. The hotels have better wifi there. Also, about a 5 minute drive from the cabins, there is a small mini-mart called Supermercado Maylen that has pretty much everything you need and they are a family operated business that are so friendly and helpful. In the Nothofagus hotel (part of the resort) they have an activities concierge that helps you book horseback riding, rafting, zip lining, kayaking, hikes, trips to the volcano, hot springs (must visit the Geometric hot springs), etc. Overall the best experience!!

Gorgeous waterfall that you can walk behind. A 7 minutes drive from cabins “Cavernas Volcánicas” also free admission if you stay at the cabins.

Vale la pena
La estancia es espectacular, cabañas sumergidas en la naturaleza con vistas hermosas. El pago vale la pena 100%, porque ademas de la instancia en una cabaña espectacular, entregan beneficios para senderos y comida.

Pieza matrimonial no recomendable
El lugar es espectacular. De gran belleza y con muchos atractivos. Nosotros hicimos rafting, cabalgatas, trekking, senderos.
