Un hotel que deja mucho que desear para el prestigio que tiene la marca westin Empezando por la espera de 1:10 hrs en la terminal a la llegada del transporte gratuito por parte del hotel. Debo reconocer que el chofer ha sido demasiado amable. Una vez llegando al hotel realizamos checkin sin inconvenientes. Las instalaciones del lobby se ven un tanto viejas La habitación es lo que me pareció fatal. Tiene un olor bastante desagradable a sucio. La habiatacion no cuenta con ningún tipo de servicios ni siquiera agua para tomar. Comentan que está remodelado el establecimiento y en realidad se ve todo parchado. Do not stay here
We prepaid the parking through Hotels.com and paid $93. When we checked in I told the lady I had parked with valet and she confirmed parking was prepaid. The hotel still charged me $82.50 to park. I called the front desk and they told me they couldn’t reserve the charge and I had to talk to valet. The guy at valet basically told me too bad. That they’re a 3rd party company and I had parked with them. We stayed here once a year ago and they charged me a parking fee but they refunded it. There are many hotels near the airport. I’d definitely stay elsewhere. The hotel itself is a basic hotel. It’s nothing special but also not bad.

The stay was good and comfortable. Beds were nice and pillows were great. Had a window overlooking the dog kennel and that woke me up early in the morning. All the barking and barking and couldn’t go back to sleep and we were in the sixth floor but the window was overlooking the kennel.

A pleasant overnight stay
