8/10 Very good

The staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful and professional. The place was absolutely spotless. The had odd, short hours for the eating hours, which I might have expected in a more rural setting, but not in Hollywood, CA on a Friday night.

We feel all good except for the waiter at breakfast bar: He took the coupon after we placed our order and asked us to pay after the meal without informing us of the actual bill.

This charming boutique hotel in Hollywood offers cozy rooms at an excellent location. Although the rooms had a few minor issues, the staff went above and beyond to compensate with hotel comps, leaving us thoroughly satisfied and eager to recommend it to others.

6/10 Good

It was a nice experience but if you aren't used to luxury hotels it can be a bit uncomfortable. The staff were nice enough especially Alexis. I don't recommend booking here if you don't have the means to enjoy anything the hotel offers. Other than that it the hotel room was clean and smelled nice.

4/10 Fair

When we arrived, we were surprised to find an incredibly tiny room, the sink was full of old, dirty water, there was hair in random places all over the bathroom, the refrigerator didn’t work, and the water in the shower was cold. The staff was helpful, however, and fixed the sink and the refrigerator promptly. The valet staff was kind and helpful as well. We ate at the small restaurant on site and, while there weren’t very many options, especially for kids, the food was good (albeit $$$) and our server was very nice. My husband and I went and had a drink on the rooftop and the cost for one Modelo and one IPA was $30. If given the opportunity would I stay here again? No.
