The most terrible stay I’ve ever stayed at in my whole entire life!!! No room service the whole time stayed 3 nights asked for extra pillows and towels and never brought them. went and bought my own pillow last night went to the pool to get towels since they said they were out after asking many times. Every part of the hotel people were complaining, heard people complaining the whole time. I am a very patient person and it actually pushed me to my limits. Worst experience ever even over a 2 star hotel.

We had to change rooms because of a terrible smell in the first one. We had no maid service while we were out, so we came back to our trash still full and no new towels (as requested). The spa was a yellow color which was concerning since my kids wanted to swim.

There were stains in the room (floor/couch/bed headboard etc). Why is there paid parking at such a big property? That too $15 per night. Staff did not seem too happy to be working there. Timing for breakfast was erratic. Lady who was making the omelets was great and working hard.

Hilton needs to put money into this location
Hotel definitely needs a facelift, old and tired. The room was very rundown, needs a complete overhaul, new paint, carpet, window coverings. Even the mattresses seemed old. TV was so outdated the service guy didn’t know how to operate. Bathroom had tub with shower curtain. At Checkin hotel personal seemed tired and overwhelmed but nice. Evening reception was potato chips, carrots and celery, breakfast was very good but needed more help making omelettes, etc.

Disappointed
Every staff member we encountered was wonderfully polite and respectful. The location was great. The landscaping within the property was nice. However We've stayed in several Embassy Suites across the country and none have been anything close to being so outdated and in such poor condition as this property. Our room, the bed, the elevator, the stairwells were all really bad. Nothing was nice about it.

Don't charge for wifi or parking
Charging for wifi and parking is absurd. I am paying to stay one night and with a 4pm check in I was at your hotel for 16 hours, covering the wifi and parking seems like the most basic thing you can do for your customers. Also the TV had a single working channel.

Disappointed
Pool and spa were yellow with urine from kids, heater and ac in room didn't work, tried to use phone to call about it, phone didn't work, they ended up setting some portal heaters, paint is chipping old and the whole place needs a remodel. Not the Embassy Suites accommodation I'm used to. Other lower priced hotels in the area are a better bet.
