Hotel staff was extremely attentive and kind. I was given a room upgrade, a bottle of rum along with a sweet welcoming letter and chocolates were awaiting for me and my partner in the room. Love love loved our stay so much at Voya Hotel! Everything was WOW!! from the staff, the service, the food, the cleanliness, the decor, just everything was amazing!
