Eldoret Hotels with a Pool

"Overall the hotel was excellent. However on 8th floor there should be a notice not to play music loud when using swimming area. If you wish to listen, use earphones/Headphones. Spoilt our relaxation one afternoon when loud music was played by another guest. Also breakfast is too expensive. After day2 we were eating at nearby Java House for meals breakfast, lunch and dinner!"

The rooms themselves are a 7 and underwhelming compared to the common areas. An overall higher quality hotel for the area but can be pricey. Food was very good overall and a decent value. "The Hotel is ok to good, the staff certainly raise the level. Rooms could certainly do with a refresh, the bathroom is straight out of the 80’s but kept clean. Bedroom windows wouldn't lock, and had gaps that let a lot of noise through. Food was good and varied enough. Overall a pleasant enough stay"

"The only reasonable staffs are a lady and a gentleman called Mathew at reception table. They call it buffet but food not enough for people, you'll serve rice and wait for other food, which is very inconvenient and shameful standing waiting for food. They need to train all their staffs or they'll keep losing customers. Not the best place to spend your money. My opinion. "

"Recently Poa has made some good improvements, especially in the restaurant. I visited other restaurants in Eldoret but the quality of the food is excellent. Poa deserves to have more visitors because it’s a perfect place to stay. The cottages are good and stylish, the staff is friendly and the whole place is nice and quiet "

"Be prepared to walk up and down hills. NO hot water in the shower.food was ok, but eat in your room if you want to be comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pictures don't really show you what this place is like."
