Great old architecture and a cute downtown area that looks easily walkable. The one way service roads around the interstate were a bit inconvenient, but not terrible.

This was our first stay in Ruston and our stay could not have been better. We came in for a funeral and it was the perfect location. I have relatives in Choudrant and we travelled back and forth from motel to cousins home in Choudrant.

I love Ruston and go there as much as possible for collegiate events as an alumnus.
"The staff was very friendly and attentive from the moment i checked in. The amenities and attention to detail was amazing. The breakfast was amazing and the staff made sure there was plenty for everyone for the duration of the deaignated breakfast hours. Will be making a return visit"
"Everything was excellent. The only problem was the closet door would not close so it was inconvenient to hold door down to walk to the bathroom. It appeared as if someone tried to repair it with some kind of commercial adhesive but did not do a good job. Otherwise it was an excellent stay."
