I like the area, but got a feeling that most of the locals did not appreciate outsiders. A couple of times, my son and I were mocked openly for our attire or the way we spoke. A couple of people were quite kind so we felt the aloha spirit.

New city !!we lived here for 40 years and remember when Kapolei was Makakilo it has really grown my kids are grown with kids of their own an they all say the same thing

This is a beautiful hotel to stay at if you're visiting Hawai‘i Nei, especially in the Kapolei area. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous, making you feel welcome right away. The facilities are excellent — there's a nice swimming pool, well-equipped gym, and a convenient laundry room. If you’d rather not cook in your room, there’s also a grill area with two Weber grills available. By grills they have a patio area where you can relax with family and play games or just have a nice night cap. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I return home to Hawai‘i Nei. Much aloha!
