"Great stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a very convenient location near the airport. The atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great touch of continental breakfast and local dishes. One small suggestion though, adding better lighting on the road leading to the hotel at night would make the experience even better. Highly recommended!"

"My stay at the Kapok was perfect. I was greeted with warmth by the staff, the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities including two bottles of water and my bed was comfortable. Parking was ideal and breakfast was delicious. The one thing I’d ask for is a better local rate and another stay. I’d certainly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely be back. "

"Had a wonderful stay. Room was spotless, staff friendly. I like there's a restaurant on the property and food was delicious. Felt very safe here. I believe his name was Mark or Michael was exceptional and personable person. He actually drove us back to the airport. Will definitely stay here again. Rafael Games"

"Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. "

"Clean room, decorated nicely. Spacious and bright. Ac was awesome. The team had it turned on prior so walking in was a blessing. Staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. The free shuttle is a huge plus alongside the checkout time. Kudos for anticipating needs. The team at the airport who called the shuttle were also a credit to the tourism product. "
