"Two nights here while visiting nearby Ravenna. This property is waterfront so it was cooler than in Ravenna. The desk clerk Federica was very nice, friendly and helpful: a great example for the hospitality industry! The room was good, room enough for the two of us, but could use a couple of mirrors. The shower sent some water on the bathroom floor in spite of our efforts.
