"Beautiful location and stunning building, only ourselves and the owners there on our two night stay. Lovely staff. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. "Exceptional property! Stunning facility and top-notch service without feeling awkwardly "over-serviced". The location is remote so it's best to have a car if you're planning on exploring. We really enjoyed the Poolside restaurant for dinner and ate there 3 times during our stay. The food was amazing and the entire dining service crew really made the experience absolutely delightful. "The hotel was a great experience in every possible way. We stayed for two extra nights just to enjoy the hotel and Marsala in general. The hotel is a splendid breath of the old world. Large and airy rooms, exquisite service, wonderful pool and overtly glutenous breakfast combined with a traditional ambience gave an impression of time beyond time. Somehow it felt like we were in a classic movie. We fully recommend this hotel to the couples that want to spend some quality time."
