"This was a charming hotel in an excellent spot. We had views of Tampa Bay and downtown St. Pete both to enjoy. It was a historic building, with high ceilings, art deco, picture rail moldings. The staff were friendly and helpful, even getting me a glass of ice from the neighboring restaurant when the ice maker was down. Super easy access to restaurants and a divine coffee shop 1 block away."

Parking is nearby, secure and included in the room rate. The hotel has 3 floors, there is no elevator and the staff is not flexible or helpful as we are elderly and there are no elevators and no help with luggage, they should consider placing us on the lower levels.

I mean that’s being really really nitpicky. This place was great. Bathrooms clean good water pressure and lots of toiletries. Bed was very comfortable. Ac was good. Super convenient location. Lots of really nice antique furniture. No pool but nice patio area. No hot breakfast but pastries bagels cereal yogurt hard...
