We had a great time at Osaka and compared with all the hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan during our holidays, this was the biggest room we’ve had so far, very well located, the free breakfast and snacks were very appreciated. It was also so easy to check in and out, plus the dinosaurs at the entrance make it very interesting. You have everything you need in the area, so I would totally recomend this hotel!

Easy check in with the dinosaurs. Room was spacious enough (could fit our portacot in the standard room) and bathroom was good. Loved the free drinks at certain hours and free breakfast too. Pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever used. Hard to find staff if you have any questions. Would stay here again if cheap enough.

Great location with convenience stores and nearby, yet also a quiet location at the same time. Easy self check in and out process, clean, and always had clean towels provided to us every day. Excellent location. Close to public transport and about 50 metres from Shinsaibashisuji Shopping Street. Room was small but comfortable. Stored our luggage on the last day. Had a great time.
