The hotel goes by more than one name and I could not find. I could not find directions on the website, which made it very difficult to find. The girl at check-in was from Korea and did not speak adequate Japanese (I’m Japanese), had to look up how to charge a credit card, and didn’t know how to print a receipt. 😣 The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable but no WiFi.

:) Everything are fine, staff are soo nice and there are convinent stores and some very local restaurants nearby the hotel. :(personally feel it’s quite far away from the subway because after getting off from 御堂筋線, it has to walk like 10mins get to the exit

It is good if cooking is needed
It is a room with kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, elevator, and two convenience store nearby. But the location is far from Namba station. Free WiFi is not provided. The cleanliness of the room is not exactly good. There was a razor left in the room when i enter the room at first day. Instead of hotel, i think it is more likely an apartment.

GREAT staff with some area of improvement
It was a nice apartment, the staff was excellent and really really helpful. Just the room was abit dusty in tiny corners ( like high end areas ) otherwise the bed and kitchen was clean. The location was abit far from the train stations, if u want to rush to station during trip, then it could be alittle difficult. Would recommend to travellers who just want to walk around locally.

お部屋は綺麗に掃除されておりとても過ごしやすかったです。 お風呂にボディタオルがないのでそれは持参する必要があります。 洗濯機や物干しなどもありました。 食器やフライパンはないので必要に応じて持って来るといいと思います。 レンジや電気ケトルはあります。

コロナウイルスで大変なときなのに消毒薬系がまったくないばかりかハンドソープすら置いてなかった。歯磨き用のコップなし、トイレと洗面所にタオルなし。 お湯の温度調節めんどくさい。エアコンの 性能が微妙。 フロントの対応が店員によってまちまちすぎる。チェックイン時の男性以外はひどかった。 安いからまあ許せる程度。

お手洗いが全く掃除をしていない様子で、不潔で汚すぎた。鼻をつくアンモニア臭と、床には過去宿泊者がいた形跡が… お手洗い以外は快適でしたが、残念ながらあのお手洗いなら二度と宿泊したくないです。

会社の方とそれぞれ2部屋とりました。普通のマンションをホテルにしているのだと理解していたので、広い部屋でありホテル並みのサービスを期待しないで泊まりました。最悪なのは冷房故障なのか？16度にしても暑く、同僚の部屋入った瞬間カビ臭い。フロントは英語通じない。一泊3000円だから仕方ないのか？そんなことではないですよね？でも一泊なので我慢しました。周辺ですが車で行ったのでパーキングが高い！←これはホテルには責任ありませんが参考までに。。
