Poor Check-in arrangement!!!
Poor check-in arrangement. No front-desk and never pick up the call. Tripfort should highlight the check-in time (before 3pm), no front-desk and no after-hour service during the booking. But they just provided a fine print about these limitations in the confirmation letter. As such I missed the check in time and spent almost two hours trying to contact them but no one pick up the call. As a service apartment, I believe 1 star hotel may be even better than this one. If possible, I would like to request for a refund.
