Dirty and smelly toilet
Registered at about 1pm on day of check-in and was told room was not yet ready and they would contact us when ready. No contact whatsoever until we came back to check at 6pm. Toilet was extremely dirty with lots of stains at the shower area and sink. Cubicle area was smelly and reeked of urine even though it was flushed. It spoiled the whole experience as this is a five-star hotel and you expect top cleanliness. Receptionist didn't register the vehicle into the automated parking system. At the gantry I had to reverse back, park the car again, and go back up to the hotel lobby to get the receptionist to register my vehicle number. This is despite giving my vehicle number the day before, during registration.

Standards have dropped
Stayed here a few times previously but standard has dropped. Check in for 1 of the rooms were not ready even by 4pm. Got small bugs in the toilet but harmless. Water temperature in shower is not consistent. Worst was the housekeeping which I think is short staffed. Our connecting rooms were not cleaned even by 6pm until we requested. Other than that, everything else is ok
