Great and comfortable stay for family
Amazing comfortable stay. The room size was decent, and amenities (comb, drip coffee, yukata and room slippers) were provided. There was body soap, shampoo and conditioner too. Very children friendly with kids toothbrush, room slippers and kids plates and utensils provided. Good breakfast.

Good hotel at a fair price
We like our stay at Brenza Hotel. The road work around the hotel makes it harder to get to the different trains. They closed the nearest crosswalk to the train station. Every else is great. Lawsons is just 1 minute away .JR station is 10 to 15 mins. Hanshin rail is the hardest to get to. I would stay there next time in Kobe.

離A23出口很近，但不巧的是住宿時間剛好碰上隔壁蓋大樓和前面馬路施工，本來很近的距離變成要繞路，帶著大行李稍稍不便。不清掃只會提供大小毛巾而已，如果能給睡衣和茶包就更好了。 因為很早預訂，櫻花季用每晚1300台幣住到雙人房覺得CP值超高，而且離附近的百貨公司和超市都很近，下次還會再住。

水温に注意に！
外国人客の対応をしていたとはいえ、チェックインがかなり時間がかかった印象です。 お部屋は十分スーツケースを広げられる広さがありました。汚れも気にならなかったですし、枕元にはコンセントもUSBも使用できるので便利でした。 ただ、ベッドの間に小さなテーブルがあれば、飲食などには楽だったかなと思います。 滞在中、水道とシャワーの温度が不安定になり、急にとても熱くなることが何度もありました。冷たくなるよりも危険なので気を付けてください。 なぜか清掃不要でタオル交換のみにすると、バスマットとガウンだけフロントで受け取るシステムが謎でした。
