Quick 1 night stay. Good check in experience, all round pleasant experience staying here. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, clean bathroom/toilet facilities. The free breakfast in the kitchen in the mornings was also a great little bonus. I would definitely consider staying here again.

One nighter for a gig
One night stay for a gig in Leeds, the lady on reception was the most welcoming of any staff I’ve ever come across in properties I’ve stayed at . The place was nice and quiet and well presented. It done exactly what was required, the only negative I would say was that the room was very cold and the heater only stopped on for a short period of time but that also could have been myself not knowing how to work it correctly. Otherwise it was a great price and a great location for wandering to the arena with plenty pubs/bars along the route. I would happily stay again.
