I have visited Paso Robles 3-4 times a year for the last 25 years and they continue to improve their town with more restaurants, wineries and entertainment venues, not to mention clean and friendly. My hometown City of San Jose, CA, should take note.

Paso & nearby wine country are so much fun to visit! So many beautiful places nearby and downtown city park area is a model for others. Great shops, restaurants, tasting rooms all around, plus nice family greenspace to relax & enjoy with the kids.

Have visited Paso Robles, maybe 3-4 times in the last ten years. Never disappointed. Restaurants have been stellar, people very welcoming and the transition from "sleep ag town" to "awesome agriculturally based destination" has been spectacular!

Great area for wine! We would recommend Bianchi winery and Sculpterra. Bianchi has a wonderful deck that they provide fish food to feed the koi and it's beautiful on a nice day. Sculpterra has huge beautiful grounds that you can enjoy!

Paso has one of the nicest downtown areas I've seen. Big city park at one end, lots of restaurants, bars, shops and antique stores. I was sad that the wineries charge so much for tastings. The wines were good, but not worth the fees.

Went downtown for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a weekly music in the park event happening. Easy public parking. Lots of nice restaurants around the park downtown.

Paso is a beautiful area and the air and auto museums were a hidden gem! We enjoyed wine country and our tastings!
"The room and grounds were great. The room had antique charm with all the modern amenities. Had breakfast in the restaurant and it was super.
Hopefully the lights in the elevator get fixed soon. It got a bit dark after the last bulb finally died. "
"Beautiful property, which has an old style European (Italian) feel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the gardens and art on and around the property are wonderful. We didn’t eat in the hotel but access to dining and wineries in the area is easy if you have a car. The only improvement suggestion we have is the staff, which could be slightly better trained. "
"Clean, charming ,cozy and the staff is kind. Close to the fair and restaurants. The Jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in. The pool area is so cute. The bathroom has a red light option which is cool. The grounds had flowers and cute animals made out of metal, I just loved all the little extra details to make the property look so welcoming. My husband and I will definitely be back. "
