The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with many western and eastern options. Hotel is good and the room is comfy and big. Metro station was 10 mins walk away and tourist attractions were a few metros away. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel with a lot of eateries n a supermarket. If u do not mind the distance, it's a good hotel to stay in.

Property looks pretty new and everything inside the room are in good condition. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only downside of this place is that there's no wired Internet, which makes it a little bit inconvenient to me cuz I need stable internet access for work. It's nice to have a 24hr gym and a swimming pool (only until 10pm).

Hotel is equipped just enough for a comfortable stay. The location is brilliant. Close to metro station line 2 and line 15. And surrounded by several big shopping malls. Adequate Restaurants and food courts in the area too. Most importantly hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful. This makes my stay at Hyatt place much more pleasant. Nice and Clean
A very clean and nice hotel with continental alternatives at the breakfast buffet. There are some restaurants nearby as well as a shopping mall. Also close to the subway station. Just as feedback, The sound insulation of the door to the room was poor but it was quite calm in the corridor so no big concern. I would have appreciated some better illumination in front of the mirror in the bathroom (for shaving).

The room was very nice, beds were comfortable. The hotel felt very clean and modern. The breakfast was good. The only negative was that we ordered a glass of wine each (2 different types) and after they had been poured we were told that we would have to buy the bottles as white wine does not last. If we would have known that before we would not have had a drink there as my glass of wine ended up costing me $50. The hotel was in a handy location next to a shopping mall and some restaurants including a Western restaurant. I don't know if there were any local attractions as we were there on business but it worked well for us.

The HVC system was not good. Our first night, the room temperature only reached 21 degree Celsius. Hotel offered us a different room on the second day, room tempurature stayed at 27 degrees Celsius. There was nothing hotel staff could do. Only thing they could do is offering a fun. We had to keep our room door open a lot of time in order to bring the temperature down. Rather disappointed.
