Great Location, Great Stay
We definitely would stay here again. Hotel was in a great location and the customer service was excellent. Breakfast was fresh and a great variety of items to choose. The only negative thing we could say and the reason it does not get an overall 5 star rating was that the hotel rents out the rooftop patio for private events, which occurred while we were there. There is no view from the rooftop so it wasn't someplace we would have spent any time, but the event was so loud the music could be heard all the way to the lobby. The way the hotel is designed with the other buildings around you could hear the music down the street. In our room we could not take a small nap or even hear the tv because it was so loud. When we left to go to dinner, the police were there but nothing was apparently done about the noise, and when we returned 3 hrs later the event was still going on. The event did end at 10 pm which we were thankful for because we had to get up at 4am to go to the airport. Other than that one issue the place was great and the staff were wonderful. The front desk person also recommended the restaurant nearby Punto Azul which we ended up eating at twice during our 3 night stay because it was so good and the customer service was amazing!

Although it was tricky to spot the hotel when first arriving it was in an easy to walk from location. The entire hotel was very clean and the staff responded quickly to our stuck window. The main attractions were within walking distance.
