I did not end up staying at the hotel. Even though I had the confirmation print out with my confirmation number, the clerk insisted I had no reservations. He demonstrated no interest in resolving the issue and said they had no rooms available, even though your website showed three rooms still available. Hotel.com was unable to resolve the issue as the system was down. I was forced to book at another hotel, however, was still charged for two rooms at this hotel. The clerk attitude suggested he did not want me staying at there hotel. In addition, many of the amities advertised, just do not exist. This hotel gets a zero out of five.
