this was our first stay and it was great, overall. the hotel is beautiful and very quiet, despite being next to busy roads. the room was clean and comfortable and we loved the small treats that we got everyday (macarons, chocolates, etc). we had an issue with our bathtub, but it was promptly fixed. every staff member we came across was friendly and helpful.
