Great location. Next to the Dotonbori River. Great places to eat, places to shop and enjoy the culture. Walking distance. The room is a little small and the bathroom as well, but very clean. The staff was friendly and the onsen at the rooftop was heavenly and a unique experience.

Very central location with easy access to all major sites around Dotombori, Namba and Nihonbashi. Stayed for 4 nights and found the rooms large, the beds comfortable with good quality bedding. Loved the Onsen! Didn’t use the restaurant. Would stay again if in Osaka.

The roof spa was an absolute delight. King room was spacious for Japan with a fridge and all the amenities you can ask for. I am going hiking for the next week and staff were incredibly helpful with holding our main luggage until just before our next reservation and then forwarding it for us.

Extra large bed, which was excellent. Laundry amenities are easy-to-use and conveniently located in the upper floor of the hotel. Onsen onsite. Convenient location close to main Dotonbori area. Room was a conservative size but comfortable, check-in and check-out easy.

Great hotel with fab facilities. Location is the main reason why we chose this hotel and it was perfect. The hotel is right in the centre and easily walkable.

Clean room; GREAT staff. The onsen on the top floor is so high quality and clean too. I loved that it was walking distance to Dotonburi and a few train stations which made it convenient to explore Osaka and Kyoto.
