An unforgettable view!! A balcony you would like to live on!! However it is in a rather rundown house shared with local tenants and other “guests” and with interesting practices including direct debit of the full fee before! check in is even possible. No refrigerator in the room and its not allowed to use the “hotel” refrigerator.

The worst place to stay in San Sebastián. You have to share the bathroom with 2 other rooms, no air conditioning, the staff service was crazy bad. They don’t understand the concept of hospitality and excellent service to others. It is just a disaster.

Nous avons été surpris de constater que la salle de bains et wc étaient en commun avec 4 chambres, non signalé sur le site parking à payer à notre arrivée alors que rien n'est indiqué a ce sujet aussi chambre sur rue avec ventilateur bruyant au choix ventilateur bruyant ou fenêtre ouverte avec bruit des voitures....
