Everything was great except the staff at reception. At the beginning, given that we were the 2nd guests at the hotel since reopening we received a very warm welcome but somehow during they stay and at check out that went away. The guy, I think he’s the manager, sits at his own desk on the left of reception gave us a tour and warm welcome when we arrived however during the stay I noticed that once on the way to breakfast I said good morning and there was no response but what was worse was his attitude at check out. We came up to the front desk, he was there and he just turned away and rang the bell at the desk for the guy in the back to come check us out, no pleasantries .. nothing.. just turned his back and went back to his desk. Given that the walk from reception to the front gate is far they didn’t offer to drop us with the golf cart as they did the first day which would have been nice but thanks to the golf cart guy while we were on our way he decided to give us a drop. Other than the reception staff, everything was great at the hotel, food, room, location and all other staff... every was else were pleasant.
