We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The room amenities were great (Dyson blow dryer, mini fridge/freezer, deep soaking tub) and the rooms were plenty spacious for a family of 3. We loved the shared amenities: 24 hour laundry facilities, massage chairs, complimentary beverage bar (coffee, milk tea and sodas everyday!) and pool table which we used almost every day during our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They offered suggestions on where to eat, checked on us if we needed assistance with anything and helped us out when our flight was cancelled and we needed to extend our stay. They even drove us to the bus station and helped us get our tickets for the airport bus. The location of the hotel is very convenient as well. It's right next to the busy areas of Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba, so everything is within walking distance, but it's still in a nice, quiet area so you can definitely get some rest after a long day. The only minor issue we had was that the pillows were not as comfortable as we were used to, but my family and I would definitely stay here again and again! Loved it!

This hotel go beyond expectations! Manager and Staffs were super helpful and nice! From efficient checkin, early room access, communication with restaurant to book a birthday celebration, to a surprise offer free shuttle to airport (this cannot be request and depends on availability). Spacious room, comfort clean bath, 24 hours variety of nice drinks at lobby. Washer, Dryer, Message Chairs is convenient. Pleasant stay ;)

Absolutely perfect home base! Staff is super friendly and the amenities are unbeatable-espresso machine and drink machine in the lobby with basic microwave, utensils, etc till midnight to eat takeaway or have breakfast before heading out. Sit in a massage chair while you do laundry, send your luggage to your next destination so you don’t have to lug it on the train. Rooms were pretty spacious and I loved that the toilet was behind an seperate door, with the sink open and shower also an seperate door. It makes getting ready easier for everyone. Ask the staff anything for how to navigate the city or your adventure. The location is close toall of the action, but just on the outskirts and therefore quiet when you’re back for the night or sleeping in. Can’t recommend enough!

Clean and well kept room and lobby area. They even placed a massage chair in our room which was so helpful after completing thousand steps per day! New towels and bottled water were supplied daily. Free refreshments downstairs. The staff are all wonderful and accommodating. They even walked us to the nearest train station going to Nara and again on our way to Kyoto! Saved us a train transfer and the possibility of getting lost! Super close to train stations, convenient stores, Dotombori, and shinshaibashi shopping centers. Highly recommend and would definitely come back and stay in this hotel!

This is the most fun hotel I've ever stayed in. Osaka, in the heart of Shinsaibashi, the staff gave us a free late check-out and ride to the station with our luggage, the room was comfortable and spacious, but the decor and vibe of the hotel just can't be replicated. Amazing!

We chose this hotel because it had a room option with three beds. My wife and I traveling with our teen son. Upon arrival they put us in a room with 2 queen beds. A welcome upgrade for sure. The hotel is easy access to Osaka station which was easy to figure out after a couple of days. Dōtonbori was crazy with people. I found that some of the easiest and best places to eat, away from the madness was in the train station itself. The lobby of the hotel had tables, with table ware and complimentary drinks so it was easy to bring food back to the hotel and have a calm place to eat. The people are all very gracious and helpful. We really enjoyed our time in Osaka and our accommodation is a large part of the reason why.
