The hot tub was not hot. It was barely even considered warm. We called the front desk several times throughout our stay to inform them of this and they reassured us that they had a maintenance guy constantly upkeeping it. Finally we convinced the front desk guy to come see for himself that the water was not hot. It was never fixed and we didnt get to use the hot tub which was the actual reason I picked this suite to begin with. Super disappointing, we both wanted to use it.

Tucson to Regina for Garth Brooks
Came to Regina for the Garth Brooks concert and stayed at the Hamilton. Great area and the people were very friendly. The room we stayed in had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything was good.

Unfortunately I was called that our room had flooded. We were offered two smaller rooms to compensate but using both was not a fit for our family as we need to stay together I asked for a credit to just match the rate of the smaller room and have heard and received nothing. Regina downtown not the safest place but the suite itself was very clean and nice.

Not Handicap friendly
Units were very nice, and overall location very clean. Manager and wife very friendly and helpful. However if you need some type of mobility device you will not be able to exit the building after 7 pm without someone with you to allow you back in the building. The ramp entrance will not open from the outside, someone will need to go up steps and open the main door, then open the door for the ramp entrance from the inside.

Under construction and didn't tell us
The workers started at 6am hammering and sanding the walls outside out room. Would have found somewhere else, or would have booked something else if we had known this entire floor was not finished its reno. Also the doors are not fire doors so you can actually see light through the frames. Not really a "hotel" or "condo", just an older apartment building.
