The location of the apartment is great. The place is clean. But the toilet doesn't flush well and the sink water doesn't go down fast enough. The apartment hotel also requires us to contact them 72 hours in advance to get access code to enter the apartment. But it turned out that the access code can only be sent to us on the very day we checked in anyway. So if you decide to stay there, please make sure your phone has internet service. Also, the furniture in the apartment have sharp edges and handles, which would make it unsafe for young children. No room service and breakfast. The front desk employees are friendly but they don't speak English. The place also don't have luggage storage during the weekends. I extended my check out time to 7pm since there's no luggage storage service on the Sunday I'm flying. I paid 35 dollars for late checkout, which is not bad. I needed someone from the apartment hotel to call a taxi for me to go to the airport since my Uber software wasn't working. But the hotel contact I asked refused to do so. I eventually walked to a nearby hotel. The staff there was very nice and arranged a taxi service for me. All in all, the apartment hotel has its clear advantage because you can do some simple cooking there and the location is good, but we did wish the service were better.
