The staff are really nice people with a good level of customer service but I also think it is to the good of the Inn if they can have a nice car to take visitors on tours of the recreational places around.

2/10 Poor

The socio-economic environment in Zimbabwe has taken its toll on the Inn. No electricity- except after 10 at night, No hot water. No wifi ( because there was no electricity). The gardens were dry and burnt. The hotel is run down with paint peeling off the walls. The hotel staff were friendly and supportive...even apologetic for the state of things.

Pictures on Expedia are fake. Swimming pool doesnt work, there was no Water, No electricity, No wifi , found 1 used soap with a dirty dryng towel. I couldnt eat the breakfast and had to check out the following day. `This property must be removed from Expedia List. Its just horrible. I had a chat with the workers and they agree with me that the place is in habitable and blames the owner for neglecting this place . This place should just close down

This place is not functioning. There was no power, water and food. There was no furniture in the dining room and no staff. I did not even sleep at this Inn and had to book somewhere else. I also got no refund.

magnificent views from a quaint place in need of
We thought the hotel and surrounds were somewhat jaded and in need of some TLC, clearly the place didn't recieve many visitors , however , we were glad we went as the views were from the gardens were magnificent . The dining room and lounge of the hotel were splendid and the hotel put out on a 3 course evening meal with a choice of 3 main courses. Unless you had a car you would have felt rather cut off here, but that suited us for a couple of days
