Couple of issues; Air condition failure , toilets un flushable with maintenance slower than necessary Credit to facility security team member for advice to not wander out of the premise boundary for safety issues

had just spent a week before coming here with no contact with tv, broadband etc,, and you wont get any of that here either! lovely spot, but could've done with some home comforts like it was meant to have, the girl at reception was perfect, always smiling, helpful, but nothing worked, tv, no internet at all for the entire week, however, such a lovely spot and a lovely pool, breakfast was bizarre, mash potato, runner beans, somosa & cake, although didnt have any of that the last few days as we were the only ones there so nothing cooked, but we did get egg!

Customer Service, attentiveness
Hotel staff really need to learn the food menu and many other things. The staff is genuinely nice but their knowledge of customer service, including very easy things is very low. Further, if there is a problem with Expedia bookings customers should be treated as customers and not as a burden.
