Good location, polite and accommodating staff, excellent laundry and onsen amenities. AC unit a bit too loud and blows in your face, rooms are decent. Convenient stay.

Wonderful hotel and service!
A lovely hotel with great amenities! Service was excellent. Walkable to shinsaibashi and dotonburi if you’re okay with 15-20 minutes. Otherwise, it’s situated reasonably close to Hommachi station (tricky station to navigate due to steps going up and down). Very happy with our stay overall.

Great experience!
I stayed at four hotels during my vacation in Japan and this was by far the best hotel. The rooms are small, but that's normal in Japan. They are very clean and well kept and the bathroom facilities were newer and nicer than the other hotels I stayed at. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in a convenient area and it's not a far walk to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. It was a great stay overall and we appreciate the breakfast service that was included. It is very close to transit and shopping. The only thing we did not like was there was some rattling noise from the Panasonic AC above our bed, so we ended up turning this off. They gave us fresh towels and robe daily. The amenities were excellent! Would stay here again.

Small, comfortable, yet so elegant!
It was awesome!!! Really appreciated all the amenities they provided on a daily basis and how helpful their staff is. Their staff will literally go above and beyond for any of your questions or concerns and I cannot be more grateful!
The spa is lovely and so clean and comfortable to use.
The room we booked was small but spacious enough for us to sleep/open our luggage comfortably. The bathroom are small and minimal but so classy and CLEAN. I will definitely be back to this location in the future!!
My only worry is that upon checking out a day/night early, the staff said they would refund us for one night but we have not heard from them since. We have not seen a refund in process either.

Really great location and amazing value. It's a great home base for exploring Osaka. The staff were friendly and helpful, and also the rooms and general facilities are in great condition and comfortable. Room sizes are comparable to most business-type hotels in Japan so I would say 1 person in a room is comfy and at the rates they charge definitely worth it.

8/10 Very good

This hotel is really comfortable. Its a bit of a walk to the sigths (around 20 min). But a short walk to two different subway stops. Hommachi station is pretty big and a little comfusing. The exit you should use has a steep staircase, a bit of a struggle with a suitcase. And the aricon in the room is really irritating, blows directly on the bed. Other than those small things the hotel is great.
