Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, the room was beautiful and the breakfast included had a ton of variety. The only issue I had was getting someone to pick up my laundry to have it cleaned but it came back promptly the next day smelling great and neatly folded.

I had a very good stay at Baber Mahal Vilas. The hotel is safe and is centrally located in Kathmandu. The staff are very kind and helpful. The facility has very good restaurants. Getting around is straightforward and taxis are relatively cheap. I expect I will stay there again when I plan to visit Kathmandu in the spring of 2025.

Beautiful heritage property with lots of interesting quirks and fab decor. Loved that we had several dining options. Local craft markets within the grounds of the hotel was such a bonus.
