About this home
Nicest location in town! Beautiful historic Italianate home built in 1868. The 'Pond Winslow homestead has been awarded the prestigious Heritage Preservation award for Honor and Respect by the Saugatuck Douglas Historical Society. Located on the hill over looking the town square. The home has been beautifully updated, including kitchen, newly remodeled bathrooms and restored old growth hardwood flooring through out. First floor includes, dine in kitchen with laundry, living room, dining room, half bath, bed room (queen bed) with en-suite full bath, and glassed/screened in porch. Second floor has master bedroom (queen bed) with private sun porch, 3rd bedroom handcrafted bunk-bed (full on bottom, single on top) and full bath. Kitchen is fully out fitted Keurig pod or drip coffee (get some fresh roasted beans from Uncommon Grounds, just two blocks) - just bring your favorite food and beverages. Bedrooms and baths are complete with linens. Beautiful flag stone patio with large built in fire pit, lots of grilling accessories. 'Up North' feel in town! In laws want to come too? Ask about the additional cottage with room for two!

Perfect in Every Way
It wouldn't be Spring without an annual stay at Winslow Home. Situated on a lovely, well-maintained property one-block from the center of Saugatuck, this home is a perfect place for a relaxing and active respite. The property owner is very responsive.

Five Sisters yearly get-away
We LOVED this property. It was right at the end of town. We had decided that this would be a "no cooking" week-end, so we easily walked into town for lunch and dinner each day. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was adorable and I felt very safe walking around after dark. We will definitely be back.

The perfect spot
The Winslow House is warm, inviting, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house is stocked with everything needed for the trip, and while we didn't use or need it on this particular trip, we appreciated that they did leave staple items available for use as well. Things like spices, cooking spray, shampoo, garbage bags, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies were all there if needed. The location is IDEAL for walking anywhere in Saugatuck, and the house looks like a storybook setting with the arbor in front, white picket fence, fire pit, and gardens. It was in pristine condition and very charming. The communication with the owner is prompt and everything was as it should be. We can't wait to return!

Amazing home in an amazing town
I couldn’t believe how perfect this house was. The location, the amenities; it really had it all! My 20-month old son was perfectly comfortable and amazingly there was a park right behind the house my son loved playing on daily. We love Saugatuck and we will be back to this house! I should say, we also accidentally left a number of items at the home when we were leaving and Ken was very accommodating in working with us to collect them again. He seems like a really good guy who cares about his guests.
