Gross. Skip this stay. Book anywhere else.

I would never stay here again. The rooms pictured and the breakfast are SO FAR from what you get. It was really bad. Our room was literally wide open when we checked in. The toilet paper holder was off the wall and there was a lot of dirt and dust in the bathroom where it was. There were NO toiletries. Couldn’t even wash my hands. Our smoke detector was beeping. The toilet was clogged and the office delivered THE MOST DISGUSTING PLUNGER or US to plunge the toilet. I cannot even believe they brought us a plunger that disgusting. The whole stay was awful. The peanut butter I tried to feed my kids was a YEAR expired so we didn’t trust anything else there to eat. The ONLY redeeming quality about this place was the nice Slavic woman working at breakfast. She was sweet as pie.

Old and run down facility. Bad service

Very run down. Ceiling collapsed in bathroom. Pipe broken and maintenance only cut a new tile and installed. Barb plueger, GM wouldnt give a credit for one night which i thought was reasonable and wouldnt return call. They never offered another room. Would not recommend staying there. Tonya maddox was extremely nice and tried to get us a credit but no luck. 2 more ceiling tiles were about to fall again due to the constant water flowing inside the ceiling. Very disappointed with the general manager. Will not stay again. Never cleaned roo. One time during our stay for 1 week.

Nice people, won’t stay there again.

Only 2 wash rags provided for a family of 4, on a 2 day stay. It took 18 hours from time of request to get more. Only 2 more delivered. Pubic hair left in shower from previous guest. Someone had thrown toilet paper into the pool. Staff was extremely nice, especially the lady in charge of breakfast.

    Won’t stay again

The floors was extremely dirty we had to wear shoes the whole time turned our feet black I experienced the staff in the office being very hateful to other customers cussing and complaining because people needed toilet paper or towels .

Elvis themed. Room was ok. Breakfast was the same the whole time we were there, no eggs, bacon, or sausage served. No other fruit aside from apples, only powdered creamer was available. Our room has no remote, we told front desk almost daily. We got limited towels. Coin laundry has limited hours of operation. If we'd be back at Branson, we'd look for other places to stay. 😞

Customer service - garbage. They were having an employee meeting in the office when we went inside to have our room re-keyed for the 3rd time in so many days, and one of the staff members literally said: "all of the complaints, these customers get what they pay for. What do they expect?" Front desk staff claims our keys needing reworked due to us keeping them in our wallets. Okie dokie...I'll just keep mine in my hand from now on. Out of every hotel I've ever stayed at, that's where the keys are always kept. Screw your magnetic strip excuse. Get a better product...the other places don't have those issues. Also, the standard rooms are dirty (they have themed rooms that MAY be better kept, but I'm doubting it). My 3 year old daughter walked around sock-less and her feet were BLACK from the carpeting. The toiletries were strewn about the bathroom/sink area. The bath exhaust fan didn't work at all. One lamp in the main sleeping area was completely broken. The tv may have been manufactured in 2001 it was so grainy and outdated. The bathroom was dirty with cobwebs a d obvious debris on the floor and had one measly roll of half-used toilet paper. There were 2 towels and two 2 washrags available to use. The sheets were very visibly stained. We asked for a resupply of towels and a blanket on day 2 and ended up having to ask twice by phone and once by walking to the lobby to complain they hadn't been received; apparently a disgruntled worker didn't want to actually deliver the requests

  • 8.0.Very good

The property was close to most attractions and the staff was great. The breakfast setup was very well maintained by Irena and the maintenance lady was great too. I dont have much to complain about because it was exactly what we paid for.
