Close to train station. Otherwise an average room. Note when they say check in is at noon, they mean it. There is no staff available earlier. Don't expect help from staff. This is more a rented room than a hotel room.

A lot of street noise. Convenient for the train station. Rooms are nice. A bit hard to find as the rooms are a few flights up in a building with other businesses inside. There is not a sign on the street level door.

The place was very hard to find. We had to check in at another hotel to get our key for the bed and breakfast and once we did that we were able to find the place. The location is very close to the train station which is great but the neighbourhood was a bit rough. We didn’t go out at night. There was no blow dryer in the room which is said there should have been. Also the wifi did not work very good. It only worked by the door. Very big room, lots of space. Loud at night because it’s by the train station.

It is important to read the instructions for key uplift as reception and breakfast is not at the site of this hotel, it is about 50m down the road at another hotel. Upon arrival there was a young lady at reception who came across as quite dismissive and unwelcoming however there was another women there, maybe the manager who was much more helpful. Our room certainly felt safe and secure however it was a bit shabby. Holes in the walls where fixtures have been moved or there have been damages, the door to the balcony did not close properly so the noise from outside was loud, the cupboards and drawers had broken handles, the hot water took a really long time to heat up, the top showerhead was missing, and the light in the bathroom wasn't working until I pulled it out and put it in again properly. Breakfast was ok but was often packed away before we arrived which was before breakfast was meant to finish. Location is close to public transport though. Like other places in Italy, no iron/iron board and no tea or coffee in the room.

This was the worst experience during our Italy vacation. The actual location was very difficult to find...address was incorrect and it was behind a locked door. Despite the indication that someone was at the desk between 12-830...no one was there. The phone numbers went to an answering service that did not have an English option. The hotel was actually run by orsa maggiore which was not on any of the literature. By luck someone that lives in the building let us in...then someone staying in the hotel let us in...there was another phone number printed on the door and the person did not speak any English

Stay Away!
We arrived at 7:30pm, with the understanding (from Hotels.com description of the "hotel") that check-in was until 8:30pm AND that there was 24 hour desk service. We first of all couldn't get into the building. The hotel is located in an old office building, and you must buzz in to gain access. Furthermore the building is an active construction site. There is scaffolding across the entire building facade. After ringing a different B&B in the building and not getting a response, someone happened to exit the building so we were able to enter. When we finally found the place (it is on the second floor- and you walk through an active construction site to gain access) there was no one at the desk. There was a note on the door directing us to call if we needed to check-in. When she finally arrived, she hurriedly showed us the room and the keys, explained that we needed to walk about 1/2 block away to get breakfast and to pay our tourist tax. The room itself was spacious, but the bathroom was not completed (the door still needed finish carpentry and there were open exposed pipes where something should have been. Overall the beds were not comfortable and the description of what was "provided" was wrong. There was no desk service at all, the "bar/lounge" was there but no one was working there, we were never given Wifi information and there was no Wifi network to join if it would have been provided. Avoid this place-

Horrible lack of service
No desk service. One person between 2 hotels, asked them to call a taxi at 4 a.m. to airport the night before. She told me to wait until the next morning, walk to the other hotel down the street and get desk person to call. When I did, the front door was locked. When i rang bell, a man came to stop of stairs and gestured me away and refused to answer, with me and 2 children with luggage on street. I, of course, continued to ring until he opened door, yelled at me that i can't ask for help during the night, only during day. Place was nice and appeared clean, but service was awful.

Great place even if it is tricky to find.
Great hotel. When we arrived we where slightly confused where the hotel was as it is in a multiple complex with 3 b&b and offices etc. we rang to ask and a young man came down and helped us to hotel and checked us in. The main building is being modernised and there is scaffolding outside I would suggest maybe a sighn with the name of hotel on outside as the other hotel had. Very large rooms, very modern, comfortable bed, close to station! Breakfast is in another hotel 20 meters away. lovely continental breakfast with amazing freshly made coffee! the waitresses where great here also! Would definitely recommend staying here for proximity to the station!

Nice room but odd place with no check in staff
There is no one at the desk or the hotel to check in so you have to call them when you arrive. If you need anything there is no staff around so again you have to call. The room was clean and comfy. It's a bit loud from the street. The building is old and dirty looking from the outside. Pretty good location

Avoid if you have standards
We arrived In Naples to find the hotel conveniently positioned next to the train station which was the intention. The location is very difficult to find because it is has no signage and is behind a very ugly looking communal front door and hidden behind scaffolding. We spent at least half an hour trying to find the place. When we arrived the only member of staff to greet us was the cleaner who cloud not speak any English whatsoever. So all she did was give us the keys. The room is freshly decorated and seemed secure and clean, however the old timber windows did not close properly with the sound of Naples traffic constantly heard in the room. We booked this apartment over another on the strength that it included breakfast, on checking out there was no sign of breakfast anywhere and no staff to ask. After having read a review since arriving home I understand the breakfast is elsewhere, but as the cleaner didn't speak English she couldn't have told us this. To top everything off when my wife went to use the hairdryer it turned into a fireball and melted. See attached photos. When I complained to hotels.com they asked me to hold the line while they called the 'hotel' but surprise surprise - nobody answered
