Property is located in the heart of Katowice. A lot of restaurants, bars, clubs and cafes nearby. You can find very good food in hotel’s restaurant. Must try a beer which they produced in mini brewery located in their restaurant!

the hotel is in good condition and located well. The reception is friendly as well, but if you have pending work with the reception, it will be forgotten and not be done as soon as you leave the hotel. I had my points not registered, they told me it was registered. The invoice would be put and sent to me with the correct company address, but that is forgotten as well.. I called today 2 times, nobody picks up.

The entire experience from check-in to check-out was outstanding. The room was very clean and all standard amenities were there. Even though I was on the street side of tge building , the outdoor music/noise was minimal. Hardly noticeable. The restaurant and brewery were also excellent.

The hotel was even better than expected! Great location, amazing service, very friendly staff. The room we got was spacious and well-equipped, with some commodities that aren't so obvious at this price range (cleaning, water bottles every day, tea/coffee bags, an electric kettle). While the location is unfortunately prone to invite a lot of noise from the outside, the hotel did everything to make our stay comfortable and peaceful by providing blackout curtains and earplugs. Overall, if I ever return to visit Katowice, I will definitely choose this accommodation again.

Outstanding for a Best Western
The staff at this hotel are really charming The hotel is very well designed. It’s located in a pedestrian area but that’s not a problem for taking Uber or getting around. I didn’t find noise to be an issue. However I stayed on the upper floors. The soundproofing within the hotel is excellent. Good wifi, TV , air con I would certainly choose this hotel over any others. I have stayed in in Katowice over the past 10 years. The only thing I would really want is a refrigerator and room service, but, this is a relatively budget hotel. Certainly the best Best Western I have ever stayed in.

It is good hotel but with insufficient service for parking. I asked for it but they didn't have the ticket to give to me so I parked taking the ticket from the parking but when I paid I didn't get a receipt from the machine. Could be better.....

No parking and bad staff
Hotel staff were very unhelpful, disorganised and borderline rude. The hotel does not have parking despite advertising they do, we rang the hotel and staff lied they do have parking till we arrived and we’re directed to a shopping centre almost a kilometre away. They are in fact planning to build parking in the future. Bar in hotel closed at 22:00 and again staff were not good. Room was fine but our stay was ruined by everything else.
