This place was fine for one night. I don't know Launceston well and in hindsight wished I booked a place in the City Centre or West Launceston. The Mowbray area felt a bit dodgy.

I booked a room which included a bathroom specifically for a shower. However the shower was terrible. The worst i've ever experienced at a motel/hotel. Crappy water pressure, difficulty in maintaining a hot temperature and the then the hot water simply ran out as I was attempting to wash my hair. The pillows (4) were all very soft. There was no face washer provided. There were towels, hand towel, and a floor mat. The light of the ambient power light on the TV was way too bright for such a small space which impactedy my sleep. The room was clean and presented well overall but I would not book this room again purely because of the poor shower experience.

Outside my window was a generator that clunked so loudly every 15-30 seconds, then a fan eould whirl for a little, then fall silent, then clunk again. I kept being startled awake with anxiety. Place was clean and nice besides that and my sister who was in a different room had no issues.
