Small room, but convenient location
Parking was full, we had to park about two blocks away for the same 15.00 a night; that was unfortunate but convenient that they had it available Small rooms, we stay on our way in to Tasmania and on our way out. They said we booked a "compact" room and that's why both were so small, but I don't remember seeing that when I booked. I now realize why some rooms so the square feet size and will be looking for that in the future.

Small room, small shower, but good location
The shower was so small I had to turn the water off to suds up, we stay at the same hotel on our way back out of Hobart and received a different room with a normal shower; who knew you need to check for these things? Otherwise it was okay, small rooms.

Location was supreme!!
Very nice location within walking distance from almost everything we wanted to see, including downtown, the wharf, the artisan fair, the farmer's market, lovely restaurants. If we wanted to go more distance, we took a very reasonably priced Uber. The room was tiny (the smallest they had, I think), but still nice. Stopped up sink and a carpet that could have been cleaned better were the only downsides we could see. Other than that, very friendly and prompt service from all members of the front desk staff and cleaning staff. We enjoyed our stay!!
