Viva Hotel Lübeck
Great value and good example of sustainability. The room was spacious and included basic amenities like towels, TV, Portable fan, etc. Self check-in and check-out was smooth. We did not feel the lack of reception here, everything just worked. Highly recommended!

Fine if you're just looking for a bed for a night
The pictures on this site were not really reflected in the actual room. The room was a small desk and a simple bed, and also naturally a toilet and a shower. The room was not filthy, but not exactly clean. There was only a partial covering of the window and outside is some sort of industrial site that was a little noisy from early morning on. It was fine for me as I just needed a place to rest for the night, but I probably wouldn't stay there long if I was visiting Lubeck.

Poor experience
The Check in was a bit confusing that you have to go to another building, and we chose a room with sofa bed specifically because we have a kid, but there was no bed lining for the sofa bed, so we had to call the reception to get it fixed. We stayed for two nights though they didn’t clean our room or empty the trash or exchange our towels at all even we did follow the instructions to throw them on the floor. We tried to call reception again to get some new towels, though give up after couldn’t reach them after couple of calls. Also in general we probably got the worst room, ground floor, right next to the smoking area and the big road, and the weather was so hot we had to leave the window open.

Super fint ophold, fraset støj fra vejen. Værelset var kun forberedt til to da vi ankom, men ved henvendelse på søsterhotellet lidt længere henne af vejen, redte han op til den 3. Person imens vi tog ud og spiste. Der må påregnes en del støj fra den store vej lige foran hotellet - både alm. Bilstøj og udrykning. God komfort i sengene, rummeligt værelse. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Parken kostet 15 €. Eine andere Parkmöglichkeit als das vom Hotel angebotene gibt es nicht. Wer gut zu Fuss ist erreicht auch zu Fuss gut die Innenstadt.

Schönes Zimmer, sauber. Bad ebenso sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wasserkocher mit Tee oder Inst.Kaffee vorhanden. Check in nur im Nachbarhotel 4 Jahreszeiten ca. 100 m möglich, sowie Parkplätze ebenso nebenan vorhanden. Aber alles OK und machbar. Gerne wieder !

Fönstret i vårt första rum var sönder och gick inte att stänga. En kvinna från receptionen kom inom 5 minuter och lät oss flytta till ett annat rum vilket vi var mycket nöjda med.
