From pick up from the airport through the whole stay and check out was a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing! We had our massages daily during our stay That was great! I would like to recognize all the staff for job well done, especially Fed Fernando, Darwin,and the rest of his team. Great job overall by general manager Zsolt and his team. The hotel is prestine and spotless. We can't wait to go back!!!

My third trip to Boracay. The Lind is a nice hotel and I would stay there again. I had a lovely view in a beachfront room. The White Sand Beach is gorgeous. The pools are very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Transfers from Caticlan airport were efficient. Food and wine were acceptable but nothing special. I generally don’t find servers to be particularly attentive in The Philippines. Be patient and politely raise your hand if you need something.

I will not stay here again. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were amazing. That said, I find it unacceptable that wedding events are held on the beach directly next to your premium rooms. My stay was not cheap - so to experience intrusively loud music and wedding hosting from 7pm up until 10pm was extremely disappointing. When I shared this feedback I was told I should read the terms and conditions where it advises this is possible. The staff told me there are 20 weddings per month during summer season so I expect this kind of experience is hard to avoid. It’s a shame - the hotel is great. Never again.

We booked a room with a private pool and was not happy about it since it lacks privacy . The surroundings looks unsafe with small bamboo trees as fence and other guests and staff can see us through. Guests on other floors can spit or even throw trash on us, worst while we are eating & drinking wine. Its also not safe to is if ever other guests from higher floors will accidentally drop any of their belongings like their wet clothes that they hung at their balcony. Considering the big difference in the amount of our room from a regular one, it was not really worth it. Events was also a problem aside from we were cramped to use the beach front due to a wedding function, we were not also permitted to use their infinity pool on the top floor due to an event too. Even music was really loud. You can really hear the emcee from our room. Early morning when you still wanted to sleep more but loud music was already played from their alfresco. It was not really a pleasant stay at all as I expected it would be. I really wanted it to be special since it was my husband birthday but we left with a heavy heart.
