I had a fantastic time there. I will definitely stay at the Hampton again when I return to Dallas. The buffet breakfast is great and the indoor pool is also great those are the 2 things I looked for and the location to where I needed to be was awesome.

The hotel itself is well maintained and the breakfast is what you’d expect, not great but not awful. However, the bed and pillows were by far the worst we’ve ever slept on. I wouldn’t stay here again due to this fact.

Saw hair all in the shower, including dark curlies, as I was stepping into the shower. They obviously did not clean the room well. Furthermore, I could not close the curtains due to the design and the placement of the air conditioner under the window (just a sheer was covering this area of the window and I couldn’t close them even if I wanted to). Therefore, the very bright lights from the parking lot and building across were shining in my eyes all night.

Had a fantastic stay. Room was BIG, well appointed, impeccably clean, and smartly laid out. Parking was easy and location super convenient to neighborhood walks and getting on the highway. Only issue we had was elevators are a little slow. No problem for us but could be a problem on a day the hotel is super busy. Price at least for us was very reasonable. Happy to recommend.
