Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, atendentes atencioso, café da manhã ótimo! Única obs é o horário de check - in que deveria ser às 14, chegamos às 16 e ainda precisamos aguardar. O atendente alegou ser às 16 o check-in sendo que no e-mail recebido está claro as 14 horas. Ou seja a diária está cada vez mais reduzida, pois não temos nem 22 horas , pois sempre saímos 2 horas antes das ditas 24 horas de todo hotel( para arrumar para o próximo)- certamente se eu saísse após o horário do checkout seria cobrado! Então fica a dica. Quanto ao mais tudo tranquilo

Aspecto Geral Ruim e péssimo serviço
Sou Profissional de Viagens e eventos com 30 anos de carreira. Fico em hotéis 70% do meu tempo durante o ano. Dei uma chance para este Monreale, mas não valeu a pena! Comprei um quarto chamado de Luxo com cama King. Na verdade a cama King era a simples junção de 2 camas de solteiro (TWIN), aproximadas a outra com um lençol por cima. Até aí tudo bem, em várias partes do mundo isto é procedimento. Porém há maneiras de deixar mais confortável esta adaptação. Uma garra prende as 2 camas e um Pillow Top conserta o vão que fica entre os dois colchões. Nao havia nada disso no Monreale. As camas estavam tortas e rangendo demasiadamente. Desci à Recepção e expliquei toda a história. Me pediram 15 minutos para alguém ir me encontrar e oferecer um quarto novo com cama de casal convencional. Passou-se 40 minutos e nada. Chegou a hora do meu compromisso, um jantar, motivo da viagem. Ao descer o Recepcionista admitiu que esqueceu, pediu desculpas e disse que quando eu voltasse já ia deixar separado um novo quarto com o problema corrigido. Voltei do jantar e parei na Recepção para pegar a nova chave. Os Recepcionistas da noite disseram nao saber de nada e que não poderiam me dar um novo quarto, porque repentinamente um grupo inteiro de pessoas, após as 20:00 havia chegado de ultima hora ao Hotel, o que em Hotelaria é quase impossível. Obviamente fiquei no quarto ruim. O Hotel está decadente, TV antiquissima e aspecto geral ruim.
