The property was safe, quiet, and the room service was very good. I ate one of the best hamburgers I ever had and called room service to compliment the staff. There was a problem with the safe however it was fixed right away so I was able to use it. There was always someone on site who could speak English which was nice. I rinsed out the coffee pot while it was still hot and it cracked. I informed the hotel what happened and I had to pay 80,000 COP for the pot which was a little high but at the same time, the rules are different in other countries. The room was clean and the water wasn’t hard and drinkable with no after taste. There were approximately four English television channels so if you don’t speak fluent Spanish, you may want a different hotel. The location was right on the boardwalk which is great for dining and sightseeing.

Terrible mattress and pillows, terrible conditions, they do not have the quality standard of Holliday Inn, I did not get any rest and barely slept in intervals. They urgently need to change their mattress and good quality pillows immediately.

The breakfast was great and stafff friendly. The gym was clean and easy to use. It is easy to walk from there to Ventura Mall and near by trendy restaurants. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. It was safe and convenient.
