Great location and staff
The hotel was on the water, steps from the pier. Great location. Our room and property were clean. A nice touch: the property allows guests to use a refrigerator (although, locked overnight), and they have a refillable water station. I thought the staff were extremely nice during breakfast and when asking questions about the area.

The hotel is very well locate and has comfortable rooms. The view to the waterfront is beautiful, and staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, they offer various options of eggs and offer to prepare something if you need to leave early for the day tours.

This hotel is pretty close to perfect! The staff was so friendly! Very eager to help. The location, view and amenities were great! Right on the water, cozy, simple, covered outdoor seating for breakfast, hanging out or watching the harbor. Two pools! Hammocks on every balcony! This was a great location for town. Easy to walk to everything. A pretty hotel with alot of it outside (covered with breezes). Very friendly staff. The pools were nice to relax in after the heat and adventures. I had things planned arleady but many did excursions right from the hotel. We used the family room which was perfect for us.

Great location, close to dinning and shopping. We walked here from the pier after our ferry from Santa Cruz. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We only stayed one night, so we didn't check out the full property and pools. We would definitely stay here again.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
We had such a great stay here. The staff and service was top notch. Our room was always kept clean and we had a beautiful ocean view. Breakfast was delicious and they even offer to go breakfast, in case you leave before breakfast hours. The location is ideal- steps away from all the restaurants, shops and beaches. I would love to stay here again!
