Great Location/Helpful Staff!
The staff was consistently helpful and friendly! Also, don't worry about the language barrier; they have interpretation devices handy when needed. Anything you need, just ask. I would definitely stay there again. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. The location was wonderful. The train station is just around the corner as well as a mini mart and walkable restaurants. Great price. Lovely staff.

It’s a little far from Makuhari Messe, so I took a taxi there during Tokyo Game Show. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. Overall great stay, would recommend.

Not bad.
It was very calm place. Clean room, but small as much as normal Japanese hotel.
There are not so many restaurants or shopping mall. But, one station far from hotel (Tsudanuda station), it was good.
I recommend "Nanano Yu", the public spa, 10 minutes far from hotel by car.

Overall good except wifi reception
There are lots of Chinese tourist staying at the hotel, mainly because Tokyo Disneyland is close. Also, wifi reception depends on location of each room; I could not get a good reception from my room, which was located in the annex building.

Convenient But . . .
Good sized room because booked a triple room at special rate. Rate however was on a non-cancellation basis so this was not the most economical type of reservation to book. Hotel was conveniently located just 10 minutes walk from Kaihin Makuhari train station and it was easy to catch buses going to other locations in the Makuhari area. Be aware that this hotel has a much later check-in time (4pm) and earlier check-out time (10am) that I found prohibitive while on a vacation trip. It is something that should be reconsidered by the hotel if it wants to stay competitive with other hotels vying for the vacation traveler.

Clean and comfortable hotel close to station
This hotel was chosen due to it's proximity to the Makuhari conference centre. It is really close to the station but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room is Tokyo size so compact but comfortable. Staff are really friendly and helpful including the breakfast team!

Good Budget Option with Great Transportation links
I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel was a well positioned, near the train station and the bus connections at Makuharihongo. While my room was small compared to American hotels, it was spacious by Japanese standards. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel had a limited selection of restaurants. There was a cheap grocery store two blocks away, a 7-11 one block away and a Lawsons connected to the building.

Great value near Narita and Tokyo Disney
We selected this hotel for its affordable rooms and close proximity to both Narita Airport and Tokyo Disney Resort. It's not a five star hotel, but it doesn't need to be. Perfectly fit our needs for a clean and comfortable place to stay. The hotel offers a complementary breakfast, which is fish with rice and miso soup. It was nice, but may put off people who are not accustomed to a Japanese-style breakfast. Fortunately there is also toast, yogurt, eggs, and cereal available for those prefer a Western-style breakfast.

Nice and close to the train station!
It was our last hotel of our stay in Japan, and our 3rd favorite. It was a little newer than some, and nice and clean. We loved most that it was very close to the train station, and only an hour from the airport. We wish it could have had a free breakfast, but it did have a fridge! We thought it was great!

Convenient location and affordable option
It is a great place and convenient location to stay.Especially if you are heading back to Narita airport the following morning. The price is very acceptable for the location and you may be surprised that this is the only hotel in town pretty much that would accept more than three guests in the same room. I strongly recommend it and would stay there again on my next trip to Japan.

Good value
A good affordable business hotel, plenty of amenities but the surrounding neighborhood isn't great for finding dinner. There are two convenience stores but not much for an unwinding dinner after a day of business.
