Australian 70 yo Lady. Annoyed was told to Wait while Japanese couple and another single lady who arrived at Check in AFTER me- they were checked in first about . 9.30 pm. Took long time to get Luggage to room. Very nice room building and Breakfast. Appreciated help with Cpap machine and loan of power converter. Thank you
