Was only in Hue for one night but I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean. The older couple that runs the place are the most lovely people. Was also offered a fruit platter and tea/coffee on arrival. Highly recommend.

Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Great english. When arrived after getting settled in they sat down with us with a map to explain the tourists spots which was very helpful. The DMZ tour and bus to hoi an / da nang organised through the hotel were great experiences. Location is quiet but located next to a great walking district lots of bars and restraunts.

Great stay in a great Location
We had a lovely stay, drinks on arrival and a super helpful welcome with information on Hue and the mini bus that we ended up booking down to Hoi An. We got a lovely, huge room with big bed and tv and fridge and decent shower. Only improvement would be a slightly larger quilt. Breakfast was yummy!

Booked one more night
Booked only One night because we were not sure how the hotel was. Once we checked in we booked another night because we think it is clean hotel. First night got 2 single beds and a double bed. Second night moved to a double bed which was still very clean. Hotel is located off street the main road but shops, bars and restaurants are are around. Breakfast was cooked to order. Staffs are friendly. Condition of the hotel was new and clean. Value for money.

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond. Our flight was early and he offered us breakfast an hour earlier than their regular breakfast time. It's a cute family run business. There's a lady there that talks really loudly on the phone when we were waiting in the lobby. She was screaming at someone I think. It happened more than once which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall the hotel is a good option and the staff is friendly. I would definitely come back.

Great location, staff was wonderful and helpful. Beds were ok,wifi worked great in lobby, but was not very good in the rooms. Sometimes it would work, but most times it didn’t or was intermittent. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff made up for lack of that though.

The Nicest Staff
Hong Thien Ruby Hotel is perfectly situated in the old town but also close enough to walk to the Imperial City and the River However, what really makes this hotel are the lovely staff. They couldn’t do enough for us. Showing us where to visit during our brief stay and sorting transport to the airport the next day. Thank you so much.
