Das Zimmer B 103 ist das Appartement direkt über dem Skiraum, kein Licht, die Treppe (Stahl ohne Gummibelag) führt direkt am Schlafzimmer vorbei und wird von allen Skifahrern jeden Morgen ab 0730 benutzt. Weder ausschlafen noch Privatspähre war möglich. Ich werde sowohl gegen den Vermittler (Expedia) Als auch gegen den Vermieter Rechtsanwältin wegen Schadensersatz vorgehen, die Kommunikation mit der nicht auf Dauer besetzten Rezeption war unmöglich. Saunahandtücher wurden nicht ausgegeben mit dem Hinweis, dass für den kommenden Tag noch etwas gebraucht werde. Toaster fehlte bei der Wohungsübernahme, Glas war beschädigt. Tür zum Bad schloss nicht richtig. Schrank im Schlafzimmer nur teilweise benutzbar, weil der Nachttisch eine Tür versperrte.

We had an excellent stay at the Mountain Lake Resort. Our apartment was very clean, with everything we needed. It is a well-appointed, modern block, conveniently located in the centre of town. A short walk to the ski lift and bus station. Highly recommend.

Really a perfect spot for skiing in Zell am see! 5 minutes walk to the gondola that takes you up the mountain, 5 minutes walk to bus station if you prefer to go to Kaprun, 5 minutes walk to the very cozy old town with great after ski and restaurants.

Toppfräscht med utmärkt läge
Vi bodde två vuxna och två barn på Mountain Lake Resort under en vecka., Lägenhetshotellet är fantastiskt fräscht och fint. Rummen är effektivt planerade och mycket fräscht inredda. Det finns skidförråd med värmare för pjäxor, varmbastu och ångbastu, fräscht garage och det bästa är helt klart läget! Nära till pister, liftsystem, restauranger, butiker och nöjen. Med bil eller buss tar man sig enkelt till Kaprun eller andra skidområden i närheten.

Super flot og velholdt lejlighedskompleks med veludstyrede rummelige lejligheder som fremstår meget luksuriøse. Lejlighederne ligger i et meget roligt område, tæt på lift til bjerget og derfor meget velegnet til ski-gæster

Aussen hui - innen pfui
Check in war flott - alles musste im voraus bezahlt werden. das Zimmer machte einen guten Eindruck - leider war es sehr ungenügsam gereinigt (Staub und Lurch in allen Ecken, Schimmel in der Dusche und im Schlafzimmer) die Küche war sehr sparsam eingerichtet (1 Wasserglas, 3 Kaffeelöffel, keine Frühstücksteller, keine Kaffeetassen) kein Wettex, nur ein Geschirrtuch - für eine Woche - wir waren zu viert!!!!. ein Bett war bezogen - das Schlafsofa mussten wir selbst aufmachen und beziehen. WC-Papier muss selbst mitgebracht werden - Begründung - es handelt sich um ein Selbstversorgerappartement

Great location for skiing!
Check in was quite slow with only one receptionist. We told them of a problem our first night and it was never resolved. Apartment was nice and clean but missing some essential items like hair dryer, oven mitt, and needs more trash cans.

Donker appartement
Appartementencomplex ligt is modern, ligt dicht bij de pistes, bakkerij en centrum. Overdekte parkeergarage onder het gebouw is ideaal. Het complex bestaat uit 3 gebouwdelen: V (Villa), B (Blok B naast villa) en A (Blok A). Het uitzicht vanaf veel appartementen is beperkt (pal langs andere gebouwen). Op basis van de foto's hadden wij een lichte kamer verwacht met uitzicht, het werd helaas een donkere appartement op de 1ste verdieping met uitzicht op een grijs gebouw vlakbij (ondanks ons verzoek voor een appartement op een hogere verdieping). Zoals verder te lezen is het appartement slecht uitgerust (keukeninventaris, linnengoed, douchespul). We ontvingen een gastenkaart, maar deze was helaas niet bruikbaar in de skibussen. We wisten dat je voor schoonmaak, linnenpakket (1 grote, 1 klein handdoek + beddengoed) en toeristenbelasting extra moest betalen. Al met al vonden wij de prijs / kwaliteitverhouding niet in evenwicht. Voor deze bedragen mag je meer verwachten.
