Awesome place in old town!
Hotel Neptun is in a fantastic location and a gorgeous city. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast that I opted to include were very good. They shocked me by upgrading me to an apartment and it was absolutely beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property for anybody going to Gdansk

What I like about this hotel: the super central location in the old town, close to all the attractions, the efficient and welcoming staff , the lovely studio I stayed in, with a fantastic vue toward the Basylika, the excellent breakfast, the secured entrance, the spaceful cooking/sitting/eating area în the room. Yes, I would come back again bere!

Fantastic location, friendly staff, recomended
The location is fantastic, so near to the Old Town and the Waterfront. Lots of cafes/bars/restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was very eco-friendly, didn't replace/wash towels they didn't need to, just took the ones we put in the bathtub etc. The hotel reception staff always smiled when we arrived/left, and also the room was ready when we arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. The only complaint... is that the room doors do bang loudly when shutting if the occupier isn't considerate enough to close it gently and unfortunately it seems that lots of their guests were oblivious to this and just let their door slam shut at 2am/3am etc... so perhaps the hotel could put up some signs 'shhhhh, please me respectful of other guests', I know that sounds silly, but sometimes they make a difference as they remind people that others may be sleeping.
